Shipping policy

Thank you for your interest in items from Venger's Decks. Any questions, please contact me here.

If you're picking something up which includes a downloadable file, that will be available to you at checkout, and will also be emailed to you to download. Please let me know if you experience any issues.

for physical items

For any physical items you pick up, I use Royal Mail for all parcels. 

delivery times

Average UK delivery times using second class post should be within 5 working days of shipping, and international orders should be delivered within 10 working days of shipping. However, given the large amount of things that can affect postal delivery I ask that UK customers allow 10 days for delivery and that international customers allow 30 days. I've found that usually it takes less time than that.

Orders are not shipped or delivered usually on weekends or holidays. If I'm experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, I'll contact you via email.

shipping costs

The cost of shipping items is based on weight, and I do not make any profit on this.

For items shipping abroad from Scotland, sometimes customs and handling fees are added, either when I order the shipping labels or when they reach the destination country and are charged to you for collection. Unfortunately, this is out of my control. As my business scales over time, my plan is to arrange direct fulfilment in the US and EU.

if items are lost or damaged in transit

I am not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. In certain circumstances if your item is lost or damaged, I may send a replacement item.

for print on demand items

I use Printful print on demand services for items like stickers and apparel. This company can take up to two weeks to deliver shipments. It can take 2-7 business days to create the items, and 2-7 business days for shipping, although again, usually it's not as long as that.

Using this company will most likely add a couple more business days to get your product(s) delivered, compared to shipping for my card decks, for example, which I fulfil myself.
