Shipping policy

Please note first of all that we have a great partnership with the Print On Demand company, Printful, who fulfil from the US or Europe all ordered items other than our card decks, maps & packs, which are fulfilled by us from the UK. This means that if you order the likes of card decks together with any other items, these will be fulfilled and delivered to you separately. Any questions, please use the contact form on the site.

We use Royal Mail for all parcels, and when you get to shipping at checkout and the parcel will be getting posted overseas from the UK, you'll have two options, Standard shipping and International Economy. You can choose either option depending on how quickly you'd like your purchase to be delivered. 

For items sent by Standard shipping, average UK delivery times using second class post should be within 5 working days of shipping, and international orders should be delivered within 10 working days of shipping. However, given the large amount of things that can affect postal delivery we ask that our UK customers allow 10 days for delivery and that our international customers allow 30 days. We've found that usually it takes less time than that.

For items sent by International Economy where you're happy to wait a while longer for your purchase, the times vary by destination. Royal Mail aims to deliver to North America within 6 weeks (but experience has shown it to be as little as 11 days!), to Western Europe in 2 weeks, to Eastern Europe by 5 weeks, to South America, Africa & Asia by 8 weeks, and to Australia by 12 weeks.

Orders are not shipped or delivered usually on weekends or holidays. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we'll contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, and we do everything we can to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for you. The cost is set by Royal Mail and we don't make any profit from it, and the cost will depend on the total weight of your package being posted.

We're not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Also, we're not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

for print on demand items

As we're a small company, we use Printful print on demand services for items like stickers and apparel. This company can take up to two weeks to deliver shipments. It can take 2-7 business days to create the items, and 2-7 business days for shipping, although again, usually it's not as long as that.

Using this company will most likely add a couple more business days to get your product(s) delivered, compared to shipping for our card decks, for example, which we fulfil ourselves. However, we're very excited for this partnership because print on demand can really help us expand our brand while we're developing, and we thank you for your patience & understanding!
